Downloading Skype to your computer

Is anyone going over roda soon if they are would someone mind talking photos of phase 4 . I was over in april and the underground carparks were dug ,but looking at the new construction photos on the roda website it looks like nothing has been done since.  Thanks (

Hi, we have just had contact with Florina at Roda and have been informed that completion of Phase 4 will be delayed - at least until January 2009.

We will try and locate your block as near as we can and take photos next week when visiting Roda.

We will be visiting Roda on Tuesday coming to complete on our apartment if anyone else would like a photo taken of their apartment just send us details. We will be much too busy for a round of golf but if anyone would be interested in meeting for a wee social then just let us know and if we can make it we will be more than delighted to meet up.

We were out there at the end of October and can confirm that phase 4 exists just of dug-out carpark spaces. Nothing has changed since June. I shall be posting photos we took at the weekend.

Am in Roda closing at the moment phase 2 townhouse. In conversation I asked about phase 4. They told me that there is a new party in town hall and they are insisting on reviewing the permits for phase four. This is the cause of the delay. They did not think it would be a problem in the long term.

Just got the floor plans for our penthouse apartment in phase 3 B . The spiral stairs to the solarium have now been changed for  proper stairs which is fantastic news. Has anyone been out there lately looking at 3B , is it looking near completion?.Just catching up on all the threads and note that villa owners are concerned about not being allowed to use communal pools. As far as I'm concerned I have no problems with sharing the pools and can' t believe that security were called to get a family out of the pool at the townhouses. We rented a few times out there over the summer and I wouldn't have a clue where people were staying. Some people are very territorial, if one pool is too busy just move to the next as ther e are plenty to go around. We were also told at time of purchase that we were free to use whatever pool we wanted so we had aspirations of doing a "pool crawl".
