Anyone for a meet up around Duquesa next week?

I assume nobody has signed up with the hotel due to the fact nobody knows what the returns will be.

We are probably all in the same boat using the apartment for family and friends.

I believe the hotel has around 40 rooms to manage not sure how long the EH Hotels can survive with such small numbers.

Working out to be an expensive family holiday.

Please see attached link - apartments are being sold off at less than we paid in 2005 with a guaranteed 6 months rental income.

In the illustration based on a worse case 60% occupancy level a 1 bed will return 12000 euros minimum per annum.

What do you think - it looks like a good investment to me.

Hi guys

One of our UK customers has 2 units here.  Unfortunately they have both been affected by the heavy rains of last winter and they are still in deep negotiations with the insurance companies.

They are keen to try and generate some monies but we do not wish to get anyone renting them unless we are sure that the development is in good order.  We have not been to view them for a few months but wonder if you know what the situation is now with the new management team and quite what they have in mind for the development.  Any help or advice you can give would be appreciated.
