Hi,
 I am an owner of an apartment at Don Juan.  Anyone interested in restarting the forum here.  If we can get enough owners talking together at least we can know what is going on and maybe develop things from there.  What about developing a committee or a group to see if we can get all the owners pulling together and maybe increase our power in negotiations in the future.
