We have talked to The Technician who inspected the building last time, and we asked him, Why La Cedula is still not available?, He told us His job is done, now El Architect must approve and sign my job , also La Cedula is still waiting to be review and signed .after that we were talking also to The Architect and in He believes that more or less in about a week or two He will have La Cedula signed. but we are going down there next week anyway.
