One for you girls....

Looks like building work is going well although the photo's obviously don't show how far the internal fitting has progressed so far. We are hoping to use our apartment in mid-July so are keeping our fingers crossed.

We are going out to Spain in a couple of weeks time and will spend a day in the Altea area and so we will try to give everyone an update at this stage.

A question for anyone who has already been inside their apartment. Do we need to arrange a viewing with Ballester beforehand or is it a case of asking on the day?

Hola,

When we were over in December, our Ballestar agent made an appointment with the Building site foreman for us to have a quick look around the show flat.       I understand that it is easier now but believe  you will still need to be accompanied by a Ballestar agent.   We get a monthly  update from Parador Properties and it notes that the apartment is now fully tiled so things are progressing inside.

We are getting excited now but  don't think we will be able to get over to Spain until September.

You definately need to pre arrange a visit to show apartment otherwise they may say they havnt got permission etc.We will be very interested with all the info you can get and we will do the same on our visit.

Havnt heard anything yet about completion !
