Hey... I have talked to the building Inspector in Altea's Hills Ayuntamiento (City Hall), I mean the one guy who have to sing the papers in order to we can receive LA CEDULA , than we can ask for service like water, electricity, internet access, etc...... He told me that there were some problems in the building, and they were waiting for Ballester to solve them, but now every thing is ok, that next week Ballester will have his permit (Ayuntamiento) and than they can go there to pick it up.
