I've fitted my own locks on  the patio doors. Not too difficult. Brought all my tools over from UK. Bought locks from Ferretaria Lopez in Mojacar.

With the door locks you get 5 keys, and they are supposed to be re programmeable, but you must have the 'key tool' in order to do this, which we have not, so we have not done it.  They say there is no need to change the keys just re programme the keys that you have.

We had locks fitted to the patio doors & second bedroom window by Dave Baxter.

The main door locks can be changed but as said previously there is an "allen" type key required to do this, which I presume you have to get from Key Mare.

However, until all the snagging is done, there is no point changing the locks as they won't be able to get in if you are not living there.
