We have tried a couple of times the last weeks to get an update of Phase IV from Florina at the Customer Service.  She was ever so nice a year ago, but we are not getting any response from her this year.  Has anybody got a currect e-mail contact in the Customer Department?  This waiting and not knowing is not very nice!!

We bought our apartment in Phase IV spring 2006 and at that time there were quite a few tennis courts on the drawings for the hotel area as part of the sports facilities of the Club.  Hope this is still the case as having tennis facilities on hand it was a pre-requisite for buying!

Hi,

In October 2007 we were told by Roda that our Apartment (which I believe is in the first construction phase of phase IV) had an estimated completion time during the first quarter of 2009.  Since then there has been no updates from Roda. 

Are we unrealistic when hoping to use the flat summer 09?

Hi, we have also bought an apartment in Phase IV.  We checked with Roda in October and were then told the flat would be finished 1st qtr 2009.  We also had a phone call regarding the delay due to the lisence last week, but still assumed completion would be early 2009.

For some reason we were under the impression that they do not apply for the lisence until they are ready to start as - when they have it they have a limited time to complete (18 months).  I do not know if this is correct or not though. 

Anyone having any facts on this?
