Just heard that there are only 15 Macarenas left for sale now on our development. They are still currently at 180k euros but the last few are expected to take a rapid rise in price.
Grupo Trampolin have just advertised a new development called Fortuna (Provincia Murcia), which is to have 300 Macaranas built due to the popularity of the Royal Dream development. Build completion on this project is anticipated 24 months! Price at moment 168k euros, apparently selling like hot cakes and due to increase in price very shortly.
We feel this is very positive for the Grupo Trampolin Company, however, does leave us a little bit worried about the anticipated build date we have been advised of. Also is it a case of "biting of more than they can chew" at this stage?
