Heard of Ready Rental Property???

Hi Everyone -

Is everyone else experiencing a real delay with getting your bank guarantees?  We have e-mailed the office on numerous occasions and in desperation my husband rang them - every time being assured that the bank guarantee must have got lost in the post  or was on its way but nothing received yet.  I know we haven't yet given them a huge amount of money but it's still too much to want to lose if it all goes pear shaped.

Going out there for a long weekend on29th June and hoping to explore the Albudeite and Mula area a bit more - will give you feedback on our return.

Hi all - me again!

I must have been psychic when I posted this message as the very next day we received our bank guarantee.  This is very reassuring and will put our minds at rest (at least for the moment until the next problem comes along!)

Hope everyone else has got theirs (or will do soon).  As I said previously, I will keep you posted after our visit next week.
