is there any news on the repair of the garage doors?

if there is no movement and none in the near future i think i would like my money back.

I agree the builder should be responsible for the garage doors, however, it was agreed at the meeting that each apartment would contribute to having them replaced, more than anything for security. However, my main concern here is, if we have problems getting payment on a relative minor problem, what will happen when we are all asked to contribute to the painting of the

outside of the buildings, which can't be that far off now. People still do not seem concerned that we are a community and these problems affect us all. Is this why so many properties are now up for "Sale"?
