CLEANERS

Hi All

We've just returned from a lovely week in DV.  I feel I have to again mention the 'lack of cleaning' as this was brought up at the AGM and AEA agreed to check up on the cleaners.  There was no sign of any cleaners while we were there and we had to fill out another form in the AEA office.  The gardener is always in evidence, but where are these cleaners, I've never been able to find one?  We shouldn't have to complain each time to get the cleaning done.  Even the bins around the pool were full and the grass area is covered with cigarette butts.  Could people who smoke possibly put their cigarette butts in the bins provided as it's not very hygenic  leaving them on the grass for children to tread on.

whilst around the pool last week we noticed that the place looked as though It  had never been touched??.. has anybody ever seen anyone cleaning around the pool lounging area's? as they are also filthy with  thick  layers of  building dust! (obviously you will get dust untill all the building works have finished but the place looks as though it has never been touched)

 

Well I'm going out today.   Last time there I thought the top end of the pool area was a little dirty.

You asked, "has I seen anyone cleaning?" I did go for a  swim on day at 6:40 in July  - around sunrise , so at my own risk ! Iit was wonderful by the way).

At  7:15  as I was about to leave, four guys came along wearing green uniforms.  One clearned the pool with a net whilst the other three seemed to stand around and supervise.

If there guys are supposed to clean - then there's more than enough of them - just more supervision is needed.

I will talk with AEA about it and also take photo's of any dirt - like all the cigarette ends by the gate at the top end of the bottom pools.

that will be useful as the top end is dirty...send them to Melisa and Rosa too.
