My sisters over there this week with her hubby. We usually go with them but couldn't get the time off. They've bought on P- - - R -  S (come on its not that hard) and went to Grupo's office at Balsicas today and spoke to Jane(?)

She said that building is going to start very soon and that the plots were going to be built not from left to right as you would expect but in rows from top to bottom. As we are on plot 258 she said we should be going over there to get our alterations etc rubber stamped. Has anyone else heard from GT regarding this?

She also said they were monitoring this forum and Trampolin Hills and were quite concerned over some comments being made. However hopefully those few words from the Big Boss has put our minds at ease for now.

Hi Liz and Andy.

I'm suprised to see that plot 293 is for sale. It's a great plot and was sold when we bought our plot. I think it wil be quite expensive being nearly three times bigger than most plots. The red dotted line is marked on the legend as 'PERIMETRO SECTOR ORDENADO' which I guess is the site perimeter. Keep us up to date B n C.

Hi Madison, nce to hear from you and understand all your concerns.

We've bought (well reserved) plot 258 on phase one and have no regrets whatsoever. As you quite rightly say the build quality is excellent and the price, golf deal, chice of fittings etc is great.. We've also been to El Trampolin several times to have a look at the red Maca show house and tried to imagine the Royal Dream site in the same state of progress and it's a great feeling.

We were over four weeks ago and had our usual site visit to see the four show houses and ended up at Trampolin Hills to get as much info as we could. We met a nice girl called Maria (I think theyr'e all called Maria, even the blokes) and she told us there was only 15 plots available to purchase and I think these were on Phase 3.

The work is to commence in january next year and to run side by side with Trampolin Hills. I hope I've been a help to you and good luck.

Hi Adrian, can't confirm it, but I know Juliet 454 is there at the moment and she will be able to update us all when she is back.
