Registration deadline for primary/infant spanish school - HELP !!

I've purchased townhouse M4 no2. Does anyone know the official postal address for the houses. I've emailed the Town hall but still waiting for reply.

Hi, I am not sure who you are buying through ? but if it is Palmeria the completion dept can give you the adress if not try your solictor.

i have sold and a deposit taken back in Nov 06. Palmera strikes again.

can anyone shread some light on these cancellation contracts for me, the new story is that i have to sign one before the deeds can be signed and therefore mu monies paid to me.

my question is? if i sign a cancellation contract before the new buyers sign the contract, dosn;t that mean the builder owns the property and not me. thus i would lose all monies paid
