Hi everybody

I am trying to find three directors and there address, these are linked to PP.
1 being Mike Rafferty and Paul Johnson based in England
the other being G. Rodriguez, he wont be hard to follow as he still works at the new PP office in Spain.

I have photos if this helps anybody, My lawyers are getting no where, so is the time for real action

Hi everybody,

Just a note to tell you all that I have had conformation of my solictor that PP have no money.

They are trying to pass there properties onto people that they owe money to, so to release some assets.

PP owe me 25000 euros after I sold a property on Fuenta site in Nov 06, PP used the sale money.

I have been told by my solictor that , PP are trying to avoid being made bankrupt by giving up there properties,

i ma awaiting to see a property list, then i will have to decide to take over a property which costs me more money, but at least i can TRY and sell it, OR

walk away from 25k euros or 19k sterling. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is intersesting, as i am a seller of M4 no2, Jeff66 has completed and due to get keys on 28 June.

the buyers of my property are spanish and palmera as of today are unaware of the completeion date.

does anyone know about the cancellation contract to avoid transer tax

Hi

does anyone know if M4 has been completed on the site?

i have sold and a deposit taken back in Nov 06. Palmera strikes again.

can anyone shread some light on these cancellation contracts for me, the new story is that i have to sign one before the deeds can be signed and therefore mu monies paid to me.

my question is? if i sign a cancellation contract before the new buyers sign the contract, dosn;t that mean the builder owns the property and not me. thus i would lose all monies paid

Hi,

the lawyer that i will be using, tells me that he got another client money back only last week,.

he speaks directly to the buildier and not palmera, as they can not be trusted

i am up for a mass sueing legal on palmera
