About a month ago we were asked to vote on who was to look after the common areas/swimming pools etc. Haven't heard anything since. Does anyone know which company/person was elected?

Can anyone advise what the service charge is likely to be for upkeep of the swimming pools & common areas?

As I understand it a commitee is set up to cover the urbanization & fees are agreed for all the occupants to contribute to. Does anyone know if such a committtee has been set up or is it done when more residents are in situ?
