I reserved my ground floor appartment in October 2004 which on the original specifications / sales particulars had features such as a garage, air coditioning & marble floors etc.
I now believe after talking to the agent and after visiting in May '07, that garage has now been replaced with an external unsecured parking space (which appear to be too small for a Ford Focus estate car, photo available), the air conditioning should not have been on the specification and is not pre-installed (fact), and the flooring is now gres tiles (fact)
The building & grounds in my opinion are poorly finished and looking neglected, the latter probably due to the delay in licences.
I would urge anyone who has bought on this development to review their paperwork, and check that they are getting what they think they have bought.
I have instructed a solicitor to break my contract & would be interested to hear other peoples views / discuss.
