To Be: How to stop overthinking "Ser vs. Estar" when speaking English?

Hi! Coming from Spanish, I often hesitate with to be since it replaces both ser and estar. For native Spanish speakers who achieved fluency: how did you train your brain to just use to be naturally without constantly checking the "ser vs. estar" rules in your head?
