Hi

Does anyone know the current timescales the courts are working to? We were informed in November 2015 that an appeal had been launched by SGR in the Supreme Court and eventually told by our solicitors that it would take 6-12 months to find out if the Court would accept the appeal.  Nearly 2 years later and we've heard nothing!  The solicitors really weren't very helpful as to how much longer it would actually be.  Has anyone got any 'real time' experience?  Even after this we're told it could be a further 1-3 years before there's a decision! Complete joke :-(
