TREE PROBLEM

The palm tree near post boxes at the main entrance next to FM office has been overgrown for ages now.  Re3sortalia informed that It's not up to them to keep it trimmed but Roda Golf who, although I reported it twice, have not done anything about it.  Its not just that it's unslightly but having to duck down to get on the path to the post boxes if there are cars parked there is not ideal and only an accident waiting to happen with the sharp stem and leaves etc.  Any idea how to get some action?  Thanks.

Thanks for replying anyway.  I agree with your comments unfortunately.  They still haven't bothered putting down rat traps, or similar, on the area behind the 18th tee and the rats are breeding there at a rate of knots!  

Only thing I w outdoor suggest, write to San Javier Town Hall, not sure if they have any powers over rat colonies or indeed obstructive trees.

Maybe worth asking Resortalia to pass your comments on to the EUCC Board for pressure from them, but don't get your hopes up.

Get the nearby Communities and Resortaliabinvolved over rat problem, they can place traps on their land near to golf course.
