I know it can be tempting and can be a bit cheaper but please only use legitimate registered taxis for all airport transfers.  There are a few people living in the area offering this service we do not have relevant insurances should an accident occur etc.  We had a friend who was involved in an accident recently, not too serious thankfully, but can't claim a thing for his injuries because he was in an illegal cab.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.  All our  long term rental contracts state it is a temporary contract and that the property is a second residence and have a start and end date.  Also, the vast majority of both our owners and our tenants are from northern Europe (99%) from the UK as we are online only plus all our transactions are done in English.  Perhaps we're lucky - or more likely careful - as we have never had this problem with any property we look after.
