Hi all, we own a townhouse in the Pueblo Espanol on h d a. Couldn’t be happier..

its a holiday home with a view to retire later on..

the houses are lovely and all properties are a decent size and well built.

the golf course is one of the best,the sports facilities are vast and varied.

i will look forward to dragging my carcas down the gym in the Spanish villiage!!

pits quiet..the pool is coming ( been measured out and ground tested) as is the covers airport.the hotel is going to open very soon.

sareb have invested a lot of money this year so all moving along nicely we hope..

the shops are now being advertised for lease..it’s all starting to come together.

its certain in my view that hda will become a fabulous top rate busy popular place.

Hi.we have a holiday home near fuente.our boy is nearly 10 years..lovely area although I find Fuente Álamo very local and Spanish through and through..it’s a lovely town with most shops that’s needed.it’s also easy to get about via motorways.there are lots of Dutch,German,English and maybe others who live around..I’m sure you will find them.we are on the lookout for families with kids so my boy will have friends when we come over.how are you finding living in spain?

we have just booked a purchase on Spanish village and were told that the other pools are NOT included or permitted to use and not part of the hda Spanish village.they are ,I think three different sites and three different organisations.

hi,

we are coming over in may to view various style properties on hacienda del alamo,we particularly like the Spanish villa area,

could anyone tell me how many properties there are on this resort and how may are occupied 

for a rough guide.. we have a nine year old boy,,park. Other families.

 

any ideas or advice would be appreciated ,thanks
