Is "Spanish Village Community"  ever going  to have a swimming pool built for them? I heard theres no signs as of yet of this coming  into fruition?

as far as i know, They are not officially and legally Allowed to use the El Oasis facilities or Los Olivos pools, etc.( which is fair enough since the owners are paying for all the costs, uokeep, repairs etc.) 

 

By the New Hotel " Hacienda del alamo golf resort & spa, has just opened. It looks good ,  nice and has nice pools.

i would imagine,in a  Golf course complex resorts, definitely they would have to pay Community fees, even if the pool would be private.

Need Some enlightening or infos , clarification; 

Someone. I know was looking at properties in spain for retirement, they have read that some properties in an urbanization has no Community fees. Personally i find it quiet strange. 

Questions are;

Is there really such a thing as no Community charges? 

Who will clean the Community and how about the  facilties, and the streets and lights maintenance, garbage ?

i kind of understand now, i have just wondered how it works. 

i have noticed most resorts has one Administrator and it seem effective...

thank you for the reply. May i ask, how many communities in total Hacienda alamo has? It Seem 7 phases or so?

are all the villas considered one community? But apartments are separated?
