Any advice for new potential buyers !

Hi there

We are coming out to view some properties on Sunday (12th March) via Blue Med Invest- we are interested in the 2 bed apartments there. We are looking to do this as a family holiday home and not to rent out etc !

my husband and I started having a chat about this last Friday (6 days ago !!) and now this morning I have booked flights from Doncaster Sheffield to Alicante for Sunday to Tuesday - rather quick i know but we are very interested in this potential holiday home as we would like to pop out every school holidays which is about every 6 weeks !!

I guess im just asking if anyone else has been through the process, any hints or tips or advice welcome !!

          We did it with Bluemed with Nynke and Jalco just a great couple they will help you  so much, we have a top floor 2 bed  on Najranos 5 . It will feel like a long process and you will think whats going on and then BAM it's all done !!!. if you want to chat let us know   asap  .

Thanks for the reply ! Glad to hear of someone who has been through the process, we've decided to rent a car so we can have a look around the area !  I'm nervous and excited at the same time, we need to come and have a view so we know for sure if this is for us!!!

can I ask is the resort really really busy in the summer school holidays ?

Hello We where at Condado last week , we have not been back in the main summer months yet but last May was just great. On La Isla facing Al Kazar 2nd or 3rd floor 2 beds  are from 52,000 euro !! penthouses looking at the Golf course are still available , if you ask to look at Villas Jana 2bed 2 bath on a very well kept location you should get one for 70,000 euro and please dont be put off by the odd shape they are very sapcious inside and also have a nice roof terrace .. Who is the car hire with ?  Mike & Liz

Be careful! La Isla and especially the Villas Jana are very very expensive for community fees. Jardine, Naranjos and Penthouse blocks 1 - 16 are much cheaper community fees.

I have not seen la isla in person, but seem nice in photos. Seem so small though...can anyone share , how is it there? Is it very loud and noisy? We are looking to live permanently in the future...but will be concerned if its too loud?...the ground floor seem nice , with a garden, i like that there is a water view and security gate is being manned....

interested in murcia resorts only, i have a shortlist (hda, la isla, corvera, la torre)which fits budget, we dont want to rent it out..just for personal use.
