Hello We where at Condado last week , we have not been back in the main summer months yet but last May was just great. On La Isla facing Al Kazar 2nd or 3rd floor 2 beds  are from 52,000 euro !! penthouses looking at the Golf course are still available , if you ask to look at Villas Jana 2bed 2 bath on a very well kept location you should get one for 70,000 euro and please dont be put off by the odd shape they are very sapcious inside and also have a nice roof terrace ..
