Fuster

Does anyone have experience with Fuster Associates. I sent them as many details as I could. They promised to keep me updated and although I have emailed them requesting an update nothing has been advised.

We are with FUSTER associates to. We receive very little info. They now have requested  a copy of the transaction regarding drposit. When they receive it  they will be able to proceed with the reclaim.. As its been almost 13 years and we had given up aa hope.. I had shredded  the original. 

They know we have paid . As it states on the contract . 

Good Luck. We are still waiting for our money back.Hopefully it will not be to long now.

So several people now, I read,  after all these years,  are finally getting THEIR money back / returned. I'm pleased. However, after 13 years it's disgracful we are still talking about this AND SOME STILL WAITING!

It is really very shortsighted of the Banks that want to generate new business in selling property. People will and have turned away from the Spanish Markets.

Note to Spanish Banks:

Get the refunds paid out , close the cases, end it all, and move onwards and upwards. That way - you can stop all the bad publicity you are still getting.

Hi. We have been down to Fusters this morning but Mr. Sanchez is in court on a case until 14 June.  We have booked an appointment to see him on the 15 June hopefully to get some information from him as to when we will get our money back.   This has gone on long enough now. Will let you know what we are able to find out.
