TV on EL Oasis

Hi,

Can anyone one let me know how to get TV on El Oasis. We bought a TV with a built in tuner, connected it , but the automatic scan did not detect any channels. We cannot even get the Spanish ones. Help!

We have just returned from our apartment at El Oasis. Our TV wouldn't tune either. We asked at sales office and was told that a new part had been ordered in order to connect everybody. Fingers crossed

Hi, thanks for letting us know. I was told we would get U.K. TV channels. Did they say that this was what it was for or how long it would take?

Yes it is to get the cable TV which has the free view UK channels. Cornelius in sales office said that TV man comes every two weeks. 

We also didn't have any hot water.
