New owner

Just bought on Malasia and am lookng for some advice tips around cleaning and setting up the plunge pool.

Any help would be appreciated.

we have just completed last Friday and heading home tomorrow. I was given the name of a guy Spencer Kelly to contact about looking at the plunge pool. His no is 0034665951600. Might be worth giving him a call. I will contact him when I'm back out in November.

Many thanks for this i`ll give him a ring once i`ve exchanged. Dont suppose you know of anyone cleaning the properties prior to exchange.

I`ve also been told the plunge pool is actually a hot tub which can be heated up to 30 degrees (Are you awear of this)

I had arranged for our key holder to clean the property. Also I did read somewhere on the forum about the plunge pools being heated but I'm not really sure myself. If you contact the guy below I'm sure he'll be able to tell you. Where on Malasia have you purchased.

Hi Nev. We purchased Malasia 5 1A just across from you. Apartment all cleaned and ready for the furniture (shopped for 2 days while we were there last week so hopefully it will be all in when we go back out on November 26th. It is very exciting times and looking forward to spending loads of time out there.

I`m so pleased i`ve found someone going through the process.

Can i ask who the key holders are (All new to me) and do they charge for cleaning the property, sorry for so many questions.

Did you buy a furniture pack or did you pop to Ikea.

We are on the corner of Malasia (Top end) we were there last week got home on Thursday,, Weather was fab :) Wine even better.

We're just about to complete on Malaysia 7 1a so it looks like we're neighbours (there goes the neighbourhood)! We're coming out on 25-28th November to buy furniture etc. and it's comforting to know we have the same queries!! We'd be grateful for any hints/tips etc. If possible we'd like to arrange cleaning before we arrive and could also use a number for a handy person to fit lights etc if anyone has one please. Also, until we have furniture, where did you stay until you had beds etc.?  

We're really excited to start our new adventure and look forward to meeting you all. We're back out on 30th December to start the new year in our new apartment (albeit just for a few days - still 'wage slaves' unfortunately). Any info at all would be great. Assume we know absoloutly nothing and you won't be far  off the mark!

I have a number for a man called Spencer who does all that you are asking, i also have a floor plan of the apartments so you can measure ref furniture.

Spncer can also fix your hot-tub/plunge pool

Congrats on your purchase neighbour.... Spencer's no is 0034665951600 and his email address is info@home-space.es. He will also do the lights but you have to purchase them yourselves. We used Bev from jewellfurniture for our furniture. Check out her website. She came over and met with us at the apartment. Hacienda will let you have a key for measuring up and stuff like that. I am out on 26th evening time till 9th December so give a knock on the door for a cuppa or glass of vino. Would love to meet you. Malasia 5 1A. We stayed with friends who are renting in  Corvera (and now also in the process of purchasing in hacienda)
