help needed.

Thinking of buying on sierra golf, any advice would be most appreciated, thanks

just what is it like to live on sierra, lawyers, inspection trips anything really that could help us to move out to spain , pitfalls etc, thanks for your reply

Number 1 advice make sure your lawyer picks up the deeds.

You don't want to go through what happened to me. 6yrs of fighting to get them the banks even put my house up for sale even though I paid for the house in full by myself..as the banks still had the deeds as the builders didn't pay off the loan they had on my house..1000s of pounds going through different lawyers it was a nightmare 

Got them in the end with fantastic help from a lawyer in SanJavier phew eh.

We bought through Atlas with an inspection trip to area.    They are estate agents and They guided us and obviously the people we used and continue to use such as solicitors were those they took us to.  We bank with Bankinter our solicitors whom we pay commission to ensure all our deeds wills and original nie  documents are kept safe  and continue to advise us.  We have insurances with Mapfre.

Most important is that You must have good solicitor we use Aroca Sequirer. They are based at Punta Prima .   They speak many languages with excellent English.  

I believe  inspector homes offers support on here as an estate agent .  There are people on site who also work for Urmosa and I believe you can access info on the Urmosa site.
