Is anyone clear on the law now as non resident.   

We understood the law was car could be in spain under uk registered for 6 months in any twelve month period.  However when over last we were advised the law has changed. Now only allowed 3 months. 

I have been trawling through loads of websites but have found very conflicting info.  One site said  only 30 days  has anyone any information please.

We  check for any updates it is used less than face book.  But still link in.  

The site is changing.  We have the three venues again lets hope nothing  stops these and more develop.     Houses are being prepared and connected to electric so good to see the movement.     Looking forward to spending more time in a growing place.

Noticed on face book   David offering happy hour....at Manolis.  Then there's similar sign at golf... 

 

Are people not working together and all seems very quiet again on pool bar and the shop front.     Once any one knows anything can they shout about it. 

We have had people friends and family visiting and been disappointed that things not up and running after the hype.

We are owners since 2008 don't and never have regretted it. Seen lots of comings and goings with changes but definitely on the up. We love the quiz nights rays Bern doing them where he can for many years.  We plan to retire part time in few years. Never had issues if safety on site lovely place  to walk around looking forward to enjoying the revamped facilities  we have met and made many friends .  Looking forward to meeting some of the newer people when we can get out later this year
