We bought on La Cincuelica R7 about a year ago.

In our opinion La Cinuelica flats represent great value for money at the moment especially compared with the new developments nearby.

Purchase eventually went well, but be aware that Valencia values the properties for about 60% more than the current price and charges tax accordingly.
