Just joined and noted with great interest you have purchased on R-14 through IAP.....

Unfortunately we also joined and purchased through IAP and have regreted that day ever since........rather a harsh and very expensive lesson learnt........for us it's now a matter of damage limitation with La Cinuelica....we would have pulled the plug before completion if it didn't mean losing so much the funds we have already paid out. Fingers crossed we can rent the place out to help service the out goings....!

As you have probably worked out we are not great fans of Anthony Mckay, Inside Track or Instant Access Properties and I believe many more people share the same views.

We are flying out tomorrow (Sat 15 Dec) to visit the development and will be taking lots of photos so let me know if you want me to up load them to you.

I purchesed R14 - 65 have just got back and can say I like the prospects of the site? The furniture pack is lowsey I wish I took the money, as I am noe having to buy another sofa as the sifabed provided is not sufficient. I am happy to meet up and share  stories problems with IAP. I have have a long history of disappointment. My main gripe is that they are a Rolls Royce company and if you want to be a total armchair invester its good for this. Except that you need a bottomless pit to finance it.

The promises of gains and rent do not stack up, but I feel that with a good letting agend (local) you will do well. have a look at www.Lacinuelica.net I am with them and I have recieved a good service thus far. Although its early days.

I too would like to be in touch with anyone who has solution on how to make this development financially work.

I was a fan of Inside Track until this development came close to commission. My Villa is one of R11 and I had completed in Feb 2008 and has been empty over a year. IAP had sold me the unit during the two day seminar in April 2004 and had told me that it was going to come furnished and also sent me a list of furniture. In 2007 they had phoned me and said that my unit was not going to have any furniture. I complained and got no where and then they called in the receivers.

I have also purchased a unit in Florida which is due to complete mid 2009 and I am trying to get out.

La Cinuelica development when I visited was quite a good quaity build I thought when I visited in Feb 2008. My unit is now furnished and looking to let out. I have had appointed an agent for over 3 months now who had not achived any renters.

I would be very happy to hear from anyone who can share about this development and any advise
