I have bought at La Cinuelica R14 too. My apartment on the drawing is bigger than from what I have completed, and my lowyer says that this is normal in spain.
She says the measuring in the drawing is constructional size and the other is usefull size!
The diffrence is about 10 squre meter!?
Does anybody know the facts?
