We signed this week an agreement with Caixa bank to refund to 5 buyers of Manilva Gardens Phase 1 the deposit paid to Ocean view.
This is the first agreement that Caixa signed to pay buyers without a court ruling condemning them and this will open the door to more buyers.
After a lot of years fighting against Ocean view, Manilva Costa and Caixa bank we won this hard battle.
