Hello

I'm interested to hear anyones thoughts on the Finca Parcs victory over CAM and how this may help progress ACC claims.

I'm helping my mother, who ploughed her life savings into ACC. I have hit many brick walls trying to progress claims against the banks, not least by useless solicitors (Fusters and RDT), so I need to know if White-Boas appear just like all the rest or if there is some hope.

As yet, I am not aware of a concerted group action with on particular solicitor, or the existance of a signifcant ACC action group where the weight of numbers may have a better chance of bearing a positive outcome.

As my mother is now back in the UK (where I am), it would be good to hear from anyone who is still in Spain, fighting the ACC cause as doing this at a distance has its drawbacks

Is anyone using RDT solicitors.

I believe they are making progress against both Banco de Valencia and Banco Santander but would like to hear from anyone who is using them who can tell me if they are being well looked after and perhaps have a glimmer of a result this year?
