Hi, does anyone have any news on when these apartments will be ready? We have been told end of April (should have been December!!)
Also does anyone know of a good,reliable managing agent?

I AM BUYING IN BLOCK 2 (ATTICO D) AND WE SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED LAST WEEK BUT SOME PAPERWORK WAS NOT UPTOGETHER. IT IS SORTED NOW SO WE WILL COMPLETE NEXT WEDNESDAY AND GET THE KEYS THEN. PALACIOUS PHONED ME YESTERDAY AND TOLD ME THE FURNITURE HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND IT IS READY TO MOVE INTO SO WE WILL SEE WHEN WE GO OUT NEXT WEEK.

Thanks for the reply Sue. Are you buying direct from the builder or through an agent? We are buying through an agent in England & at best the communication is less than poor. Our apartment is on the ground floor facing the road, opposite what we have been told will be tennis courts & a swimming pool.

We are also buying through an agent and we also face the front which i was told will be a green area and the tennis courts will be in front of the bungalows. I have not heard anything about a pool going in front of us but we all seem to be told different things so who knows????
If you have not heard anything by next week i will try to get some information for you when i go out on the 7th (return 17) but hopefully you will have a date by then.

Maybe there is a public pool going to be put on the park area, which would be good for the development as the Heradades formensol blocks have no pool.

James from Palacious has said that there will not be a pool infront of blocks 1 and 2 and that there is a community pool near the Palacious office which is open to the public and costs about 1euro per day.

i am an agent that is about to list an apartment on this development for someone on this forum.

Hello all,
My mum is staying in my apartment (block 2) at the moment and she phoned me yesterday to say that someone had been to set up the intercom and i have heard through my agents today that Palacious have asked for my bank details to set up a direct debit for water and electricity.
