Hi all

Spoke to the builder this morning via his interpreter he confirmed that blocks 3 4 5 share the pool on the roof,   blocks 1 & 2 share the pool on the ground ,  new members of staff was the reason for the confusion.

I'm sorry Alan, but....

The owners of the 32 bungalows paid for the ground level pool, and it has been handed

over to the administrator of our Community 617.

Having bought it, I can't see how the builder can sell it again.

Regards

allan

Hi,

This is Spain we are talking about, particularly Valencia, where they seem to be able to do anything they want!  I don't see how you can say that you have paid for the pool unless it says so in your documents as the site facilities will have been part paid for by everyone on the site.  However, we will see as block 1 in particular has no other pool it can access and we too have paid for a pool.  I think the builder is telling everyone just what they think they want to hear.

Xetog

I think you are right, inasmuchas you get a different answer each time you talk to the builders.

However, the Community members have to pay for pool maintenance (employing a cleaner etc), and for the electricity and water that it consumes.  If the Community didn't own it, I would argue that it wasn't responsible for these payments.  We are visiting later this month, and I will see what answer the builder gives us !

allan

Here's another option we have just heard.

We spoke to our agent's representative this morning and he has told us that when all 5 blocks are completed they will join with the bungalows and become one community, jointly paying for all facilities etc.  and we will all have access to both pools !!!   It will be interesting to see what the final outcome will be.

Regards Nick & Linda

Hi

I think that is just agent talk again,  it sounds like a no brainer,   just from a security point of view.
