Problems purchasing property in Spain

There is nothing in the builders contract to say that i have paid a penny or own a part of the the pool on the roof of block 4 and it is smack bang on top of our roof,  it  has been placed there to be central for the the owners of blocks 3, 4, 5, to acess it.

If you were to pace out the total length of of the bungalows and the blocks 1&2 i think you will find that the pool will be in the centre of the 3 blocks it has been placed there to be  central for the owners,  if this pool was just for the use of the bungalows it would have been placed in the centre of the bungalows , and not ajoining a block of apartments.

The new block adjacent to the pool was not on the original plans.

That block was originally destined to be an open green space, and the new blocks were to be bungalows.

plans change after the event,it would appear!

Still, it will all come out in the wash :)

I have seen the plan you are talking about and it is only a artists impression, and a very bad one i can add, there is a big difference between a artists impression and the architects final drawing.

Artists impressions are not to scale they are only there to give you a rough idiea of the finished product, so they can show green areas and pools to be bigger than what they are, i admit they can be misleading and you should ask to see the scale drawing of the development before you put any money down.
