New photos

I am buying in block 2 and have just returned from a short trip to spain. I was told that block 2 would be finished this month but as you can see from the photos (the picture with brick walls and no windows will be a bedroom) there is no chance of this. Patricia the legal department of Palacious mar told me completion at end of february but when my solicitor phoned he was told march so who knows???

Block one looks further behind than block 2 but good news for block three the cleaners were in and finishing off is taking place.

Block 1 and 2 have closed roof and 3, 4 and 5 have a connected open roof and i was told that all five blocks will be sharing pool on rooftop 4. There is also an underground garage that links some of the blocks together.

The finishing off in the apartments looks good quality and we have camera intercoms so you can see anyone wanting you to let them in the building.

I was also told that there is a 9 hole golf course being put in near us and a supermarket going in one of the commercials.

Thanks for the new photo's.  It's much as we expected, with block 1 about 6 months behind schedule to my estimation.  I am pleased to see that Block 3 is near completion.  We met some people last March who said they had been given Sept. '06 as a finishing date for their block 3 apartments.
