CAM now Sabadell probems with logging into a/c

We have had all the details of new account in letters frmo CAm/Sabadell is anyone else having problems logging into their a/c online with their details im sure its all quite easy and 'ive justed missed something can anyone help?

If you have activated the new blue code card that you were sent, then your 10 digit user number is now not valid.

The number you now use is the NIE number of the person who holds the account and the first 4 digits of your old 6 digit access code.

When we first got our letter it told us to'immediately' log on and update the process but it took four days or so before the new code to work.

Can confirm that when I first tried to log on a couple of weeks or so ago, I was getting nowhere. Tried again yesterday after reading this thread as a prompt and managed to get logged on straight away.

My changeover was seamless.  When logging on to the new Sabadell intrenet banking site I used the old Username (passport number)  omitting the initial 7, and the existing 4 digit password.  I have never been asked to use my NIE number, though this may be a more recent requirement.  Incidentally I find the new Sabadell site much more user friendly than the old CAM site.
