Recommendations please

We're here in lovely Spain until the new year and are up for some exploring and finding places to visit. Any recommendations, we have 2 kids under 10 and it's too hot in the summer to move them from pool or beach so we want to make the most of the beautiful temperature to find new places. Thanks in advance :)

We went to Archena spa last year and my 7 year old loved it. I did read somewhere that they had gone into receivership - or something similar - but I think it is still trading. Just check beforehand though. We all had a great day and the adults have a great choice of pools and treatments to select from too. We stayed over in one of the onsite hotels and it was a really relaxing, and not too expensive, treat. They have nightly entertainment too. I think we booked via late rooms or something. Arlene.
