I had a meeting with A2Z this morning to discuss the internet connection problems we have been experiencing on Condado de Alhama over the past few months.  Aziz informed me that they have been running monitoring and diagnostic tests over the past few weeks and on Monday they discovered the cause of the problems.  They have a central DHCP server that allocates IP addresses to the end users across the polaris resorts, on Monday they discovered that the DHCP service on this server was “hanging” and therefor not allocating addresses correctly.  The service parameters have now been corrected and A2Z now expect that there should be no further connection issues due to this.

If you experience problems in the future can you please let A2Z know ASAP.
