La Isla Water Levels

Does anyone know if La Torre ever experienced problems with their lake like we have on La Isla? Just wondering if there are any lessons of good practice to help with the ongoing maintance.

La Isla lake is a difficult one, and has been the subject of discussion for some time.

There was big problems a while back when the pump house built at La Isla which ML claimed to know nothing of, was completed. Then The irrigation to condado from the pool near the motorway was turned off to take water from Isla for irrigation but levels were to low and to much salt, and we had no irrigation for 5 weeks (without our knowledge)  it only came to light when we were asked to fill La Isla lake?

A delegation of Presidents with ML went to the council and had the old pool re connected to save all thre greenery on Condado.

There are questions over whether La Isla was constructed as an Ornamental Lake or an Irrigation pool, The council are to inspect it and are seeking PW to hand it over fit for purpose and full of water? thats where we are at the moment.

It could become an issue of the Entity  to sort but depends on the actions of the town hall, which is closed for summer.

Thanks for the reponse Mick. I used to get a lot of updates from Paco before he was forced to resign. Let's hope we start to get some more accurate and meaningful updates from Milleniun mission control.

Mark was the same method used on paco as on phil tann ?

Dont know much about La Isla but you have my sympathies Mark in the way you have all been treated!
