Just wanted to point out, as there have been complaints on here previously about short notice of Community Fees due, that the following was sent yesterday relating to second half fees due 13th July 2012.
I hope this should give plenty of notice for owners who are reluctant to provide dd details plenty of opportunity to make their transfers/payments and would recommend you check you Bank accounts to ensure transfer has actually been made.
We on P12 would also remind owners that as from July if payments have not been received or payment terms not agreed appropriate action to recover these debts will be put in motion, which does include using collection agencies such as Kettlewells and bailiffs in UK & Ireland etc. using European Law as well as invoking actions under the Spanish Legal system
Those that pay on time cannot be expected to subsidize non payers indefinitely and improvements and maintenance of your community cannot continue if funds are short.
