Some of you may know about this guy and some may not, so I thought I would post his details up.
There is a guy named Lawrence who own's an apartment at Panoramic Park. He is very skilled and can undertake most general ''handy man'' tasks.
He charges only 9 euros an hour with a minimum call out of 30 euros / 3 hours work. Lawrence knows the build at both developments very well IE he knows the exact type of paint and finish to get when touch ups are needed!
Within five mins of being in my apartment he pointed out there were no U bends under the bathroom sink. He advised that within a few days of use there would be a terrible smell and in the summer months it would be much worse! Sure enough after a few days a terrible small was coming up from the sink and there are no windows or an extractor fan in the bathroom.
He also advised that I would probably want some shelving built into the wardrobe, because although very large there is no storage in them.
He is doing the above work and varrious other bits for such a cheap price. So do bear him in mind if you need anything doing!

He also does airport runs to Alicante for 40 euros. Compared to a spanish taxi of approx 65 euros.
