So to recap....everyone who wants t do this needs to email ABC the following:

Purchase contracts
Emails from the developer or estate agent
Any advertising / brochures
Pictures of the showroom.


Basically anything you that suggests or implies that we would have a fitted kitchen and bathroom.

I have also added some pics of the show room to this site. The kitchen is clearly fitted and both bathrooms have vanity units......

The photos that you have posted on the web page are not the original bathrooms that were in the showhouse when it first opened.  They were open plan under the sinks and not with vanity units (we have been informed these bathrooms were for La Recolleta developement. (you can see the main bathroom does not have two sinks).  When the show house was first built - we were told by the staff that the layouts were for La Recolleta because La Entrada was sold.  I would now assume that the alterations have been re designed either for the latest development or a new one waiting to be released.

It seems like we were all told different things!! I bought in January 2004 3 years ago and the bathroom in the show flat was not very nice and had clashing marble etc... so I questioned them about it and was told that that bathroom would be different. This was discussed in great detail before I bought the flat. I was told that there would be vanity units and Gomendio emailed Casablanca (the company I bought through and worked for at the time) confirming this.

I later visited the showroom again when on a training trip in Span and was told the show flat as it is now is the same as it would be at La Enrada.

Either way, I think we were all sold apartments expecting a better finish and spec that we currently have. Based on Panaromic park and the current show flat we should get the same standard.

I was definately given the impression that the bathrooms would be of a high standard and in my opinion they are not.

We have been told  - that Panarama Park was built by  a different company.

Well I think this is all good for our case!

It's blatant mis selling. I sold apartments for Casablanca in theUK. And on training trips to Spain the staff at Gomendio told us what to sell to clients.

So it was people like me who sold you the apartments and I for one know what Gomendio told me would be included and there was never any mention that they were not part of the first phase at Panaoramic park. Infact most of the promotion was based on Panoramic park.

I think what we all need to remember is that we are not 'trying it on' or trying to get more than was sold to us. We all seem to be under the impression that we expected a better standard apartment.

There are so many inconsistancies in what peope were told to expect. And on the most part people feel they have been mis sold to and are not entirely happy.

Hi all.

I belive this is not true. Gomendio was also the builder of Panorama Park. I have been following this project of Senorio De Punta Prima in 4 years now, and I remember the first time I heard about it, it was just Panorama Park build by Gomendio. I bought an apartment in La Entrada in May 2004. I was told that the kitchen would be exactly like the kitchen in the Piloto, with upper cupbourds. I was also told that there would be no bathroom furniture.  

Louisen had a question: € 1000 to the lawyer. Is that for all of us, or is it per person????
