Hi everyone

Please check the thread called La Entrada Kitchens,  David has posted a comment explaining our position and we have very good ground!

We need contact details of everyone who wants to pursue this matter and we also need to find a way of contacting owners who have not joined this forum.

The outcome we will be hoping for with David Representing us will be:

That owners who paid the extra money to have the kitchen fitted will be refunded.

For those who have incomplete kitchens and bathrooms- the work will be completed free of charge.

For those who have paid for a different style of kitchen - to be re imbursed.

I went into the show room last week and took pictures of the bathrooms and the kitchen which clearly shows fitted units.

This is a strong matter of principle and I do hope lots of people will behind us in supporting the claim. Gomedio have sat on our large deposits for nearly three years in some cases and the very least they can do is finish the apartments to the luxury spec that they were advertised at!

Myself, David, Eric and Louisen look forward to some keen responses!

Glen Russell and Smokey are definites who wish to proceed against Gomendio as I've had PM's from them as well as Louisen. 

Bispen, Rogann and Paulski have previously posted replies to the thread but I don't know if they wish join the group.

Hi i am Smokey Block Two, Just to let you know i am in full support in any action you can make on our situation so please let me know if i can be of any help. For your infomation i contacted my selling agent Paradore Propertys about the lack of a fully fitted kitchen and other items in the bathrooms and there response was that on checking the builders contract it never said these item were included so they would be extras. My respons to that was why ten did your selling agent on site say this as in fact he hade said that what you could see you got a luxuary appartment that was why the cost of the propertys were above that of normal appartments and of course its closness to the sea. What we will need to start are:

-Purchase contract of anyone interested in claim Gomendio

-E-mails, brochures, advertising of the builder or the state agency.

-The legal cost approximately will be 1000 euros, but we do not want any money until we do not know exactly how many owners are interested in the judicial procedure. At least we need 10 clients claiming Gomendio.

ok, and what about the cost.  €1000 per person or action? Please clarify as until this a bit clearer, I don't think people are responding

Yes I agree with louisen. You must clarify. Is the €1000 per person or is it for all of us?

I meant 1000 euros per property.

Also some documents would help, for example invoices of the expenses involved furnishing the kitchen by yourself, photos of the kitchen when you bought the property, etc...
