We are new to this site and have found it very interesting.

We have just purchased a 3- bed quad house from San Hose in Feb and have been reading members letters with great interest,and some concern about the weather.

After viewing resent photo's,i would be interested to know if anybody has information about the alternative kitchen and if they are resticted to certain types of property.

are you having the azucena made into 3 beds or have they changed the design?

Hi Annette & Kev,

the pictures of the alternative kitchen are taken from the Rosita model if I am not mistaken. We have chosen to have these units in our Azucena at an extra cost of €150. Hope this helps.

Yes we are having a Azucena made into a 3 bed, and

no i don't think the design has changed.

Hi All.

I thought i would mention it but some time ago when we first bought our Azucena i was told that to have a 3rd bedroom would cost about 1000 euros, as they would have to put another wall in, so it is Worth checking up on.

I have had to pay for extras such as having no bidet or bath but a wall to wall shower at 400euros u would have thought not having to supply the 2 items would make up for the change but they are in it to make money

Also paid for mosquito blinds and sat tv up front to hold the price that is with ambasun though not SJ

Hi folks.

I would like to know if any one has moved into their property yet. I am planning to buy but I am getting vauge figers on what the community charges will be.  It has been mentioned 400 euroas pa, I would have thought through my reserch it would be 100-200 euros pm.

I am planning an inspection trip in a few weeks, and would like to spend 3-4 days in the area, so has anyone got somewere to rent, I would appreciate it.

Hi Recardo.

We normally stay with Linda and David Needham close to Pinoso which is only a few miles from SADM complex. Nice place and a warm reception. You can find them on various of these threads but if you go to the thread: Photo of combi boiler and radiator from Jumilla showroom, they are on there to save you looking at all the threads. Then just send them a PM with your e.mail address. They do B and B.

Hi everyone

We're still undecided as to whether to convert to 3 bed from 2. At the moment we are sticking with a 3 seater sofabed in the lounge. I would be interested in the alternative kitchen and the mossie screens if anyone can help.

In reply to communial charges i have heard unofficially they will be around 500 euros per annum.

The Mosquito screens I got through Ambasun so if your agent is them then just ask the aftersales team mine have cost 450 euros for the Marbella suppose it depends on how many windows you have

Wouldn't have thought the azucena has many more  you have to pay up front for them too so beware !!
