Thans to all for replying to my questions on this developement. Has anyone been offered the 2 yr rental, with the provision for a further 2 years after that.  I would also be interested to know if 30% deposits were placed, or a financial program put in place to pay a small deposit with no further financial obligations untill the 2 year rental had expired.

I shall be speaking to a consultant tomorrow and may even make an inspection trip if my questions can be answered. Any further info from buyers would be appreciated.

Hi Recardo.

If i were you i would make sure that you receive in WRITING exactly how much money you are guaranteed for your 2 year rental. It certainly cannot be guaranteed for every week  surely?  A regular rental in Jumilla or any area for that matter could well be very much hit and miss. Whatever they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

They are only my thoughts though.

Thanks for your post, the rental is guaranteed for 2 yrs at 13,000.00 Euros pa.  It claims to cover Morgage and all Bills to do with the comunity.

It may be that the selling price of 200700.00 has been front loaded to allow for this. eg propper selling price 185k plus the rental.  The rental is for 9 months pa, so I get 3 months for myself so can have own use or rent privately.

The figures I have quoted is for a 3 bed 3bath semi detached Villa 102m2, the style is called Malva.

Don't worry about the cold weather when we bought back in Jan 2006 there was 4" of snow at SADM you can get gas central heating if you pay extra for it as with everything else it costs.

Just posted some photos of our recent visit work seems to be forging ahead as you can see weather was sunny but windy and I might add cool but not as cool as home Their dated 22 /3/07 but had been taken sometime during that week

When you see the date on shared photos you need to click on the small grey arrow at the side of select date of photos to drop down the menu of dates. You can then select which date of photos you wish to view. The most recent photos are right at the top. Hope this helps.
