Thanks for all the recent information...very positive news. Would it be possible to look in to the situation regarding R4 when you visit next Tuesday. Ours are numbers 346 and 425. The last info we had on completion dates was Dec 2008 and we need to know if this is still feasible or not fairly urgently due to our financial situation?

Anyway, thanks for anything you can do.

Hi folks

I don't often post but the discussion about the siZe of the Azucenas grabbed my interest. We are on R4, numbers 346 and 425. We signed the contracts in Feb 2006. The contracts give the house area as 89.89m2 and garden as 80.69m2. Still chasing up bang guarantees! Good to see so many neighbours on R4.

Thanks for the info. I had an email from Ambasun today as well, saying that our 2 Azucenas on R4 have a revised completion date of Dec 07. See you in Torquay on Sat afternoon.

Hi everyone

We're still undecided as to whether to convert to 3 bed from 2. At the moment we are sticking with a 3 seater sofabed in the lounge. I would be interested in the alternative kitchen and the mossie screens if anyone can help.
